By CHLOE’s first Canadian restaurant will replicate the chain’s original flagship store in New York City’s West Village neighborhood, the Daily Hive reports. The popular fast-casual spot has locations across New York City, Boston, and London.

An exclusive “Toronto By CHLOE” menu will feature vegan versions of classic Canadian dishes as well as locally-sourced ingredients. Popular items like the Guac Burger, Pesto Meatball Sub, and the Quinoa Taco Salad will also be on the menu. Grab-and-go lunches and baked goods, like a vegan version of Hostess cupcakes, will be available daily.

Finding plant-based food is becoming an easier feat in Canada’s restaurants.

A&W Canada launched the Beyond Burger in nearly 1,000 locations last summer. It proved to be a success: restaurants across Canada sold out of meat-free burger. Last February, the fast-food chain credited its 10 percent sales growth to new menu additions like the Beyond Burger.

“I would say that innovation is the biggest driver of our business,” A&W CEO Susan Senecal told Yahoo Finance earlier this year. “Suddenly, people are attracted by one or the other of the changes and that all adds up to more guests in our restaurants.”

Globally Local, the chain behind the world’s first 24-hour vegan drive-thru, will open its first Toronto location this summer.

Canadian icon Tim Hortons launched a breakfast sandwich featuring Beyond Meat’s vegan breakfast sausage and a JUST Egg patty earlier this month.

“The consumer demand for 100% plant-based proteins is strong and continues to grow,” JUST CEO and founder Josh Tetrick said in an email. “Canada is one of the most requested markets for JUST and we’re excited to be able to offer our product at select Tim Hortons locations for this market test.”

It also recently added two Beyond Burgers to the menu. A new concept store called Tim Hortons 130 King, is testing three kinds of plant-based milk: soy, oat, and almond.

By CHLOE’s first Canadian restaurant is set to open in Yorkdale Shopping Centre this September. A second location is planned for Toronto’s Financial District in 2020.
