On this episode of STYLEKINDLY With Me, celebrity makeup artist and content creator Kelsee Briana Jai shows us how to get glam with her favorite Black-owned vegan makeup products.
“My entire world is makeup and I love all things glam and lux,” she explains. “And today, I wanted to incorporate my love for beauty with Black History Month. And so I figured that it would be a great time to do a vegan Black-owned makeup tutorial.”
“I think it’s very cool that I have so many options to select from,” she continues.

To prep her face, Kelsee uses Fenty Beauty Hydrating Primer. She then applies two pumps of UOMA Beauty Say What?! Foundation. “I love this foundation so much because it is custom to my complexion,” she explains.
Up next, she uses the accompanying concealer—UOMA Beauty Stay Woke Concealer—under her eyes to brighten and lift them. “I love concealer it’s one of my favorite steps of my entire routine,” she says.
She sets her undereye concealer with Juvia’s Place I Am Magic Setting Powder. And then she dips into Fenty Beauty Pro Filtr Setting Powder. “I enjoy using a setting powder on top of my complexion products just to lock in that product and it also gives you just a little bit more coverage,” she continues.
She rounds out her complexion with Mented Cosmetics Bronzer and pops Mented Cosmetics Blush on her cheeks. She highlights with Fenty Highlighter Diamond Bomb Formulation and applies Mented Cosmetics Brow Pencil to fill out her brows.
On her eyes, she uses the following vegan makeup products: Fenty Eye Primer, The Lip Bar’s Brown Bombshell Eyeshadow Quad, Fenty Beauty Mascara, and Fenty Beauty Eyeliner.
Lastly, Kelsee achieves the perfect pucker with Mented Cosmetics Nude Lip Pencil and Fenty Beauty Lip Gloss in shade Honey Waffle.
