However, this former TKA knockouts champion and Canadian professional wrestler, currently signed to Impact Wrestling, has a huge power potential thanks to her enviable muscular physique!
With a list of accomplishments as long as hers, how could we all not take inspiration? Better still -her body has been built on a 100% vegan diet!

That’s right, you can make major gains through a vegan diet and protein isn’t everything you think it is! Protein deficiency? Unheard of! You’re more likely to be not getting enough carbs.
This athlete hasn’t touched animal products since going vegan at 14 and lack of meat in her diet has not compromised her muscle-build or wrestling ability at all – if anything, it has enhanced her performance!
She revealed that she follows the vegan lifestyle on the Impact Wrestling Video Feature “A Day In The Life: Allie | IMPACT Digital Exclusive”, released shortly after her marriage to fellow professional wrestler Jesse Guilmette, better known by his ring name: ‘Braxton Sutter‘.
Allie eats a very mindful when it comes to food and during international travel recently, she brought energy-dense, quality vegan food with her to ensure she could follow her diet and meet her body’s nutritional demands. Despite coming prepared, she found that it was actually easy to maintain her diet throughout her travels thanks to the ever-increasing convenience of veganism and food available.
“I packed protein bars, rice cakes, peanut butter, oat meals because I wasn’t sure it’s going to be this awesome.” – Laura Dennis.
