350g silken tofu
1 tsp orange extract
zest of 1/2 unwaxed orange (plus a little more for decoration)

1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
A pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a bain-marie (or double broiler).
- Add the silken tofu, orange extract, orange zest, maple syrup, salt, and melted chocolate/coconut mixture to a blender and blend for one to two minutes or until smooth.
- Transfer the chocolate mousse to two dessert jars and place them in the fridge to set for at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
- Decorate with thin slices of orange & some extra zest and serve straight from the fridge.
