The perfect summer afternoon drink. It’s minty, refreshing and takes under three minutes to prepare. Although I prefer using a sweetened tonic water, it also works well with any sparkling water.
Cool Mint and Raspberry Refresher
INGREDIENTS
6 fresh raspberriess
8 mint leaves
1/4 cup Ice cubes
200ml Sweetened tonic water
200ml Sweetened tonic water
METHOD
Muddle mint and raspberries in glass of choice (the back of a spoon works well for this) add ice cubes, top with tonic water and enjoy.
