Yes, we’re talking that plant based fast food chain you can stumble into at 2am with the munchies, also known as Lord Of The Fries.
Following the large demand for convenient vegan-friendly alternatives, Australia’s Gold Coast now joins the list of many places where Aussies can rock in for a hearty feed of plant based ‘junk’.
For those who are new to this LOTF-fandom thing, their mouth-watering menu is 100% vegan-friendly, although you wouldn’t know it when gorging on the hot dogs, burgers, shakes, munch boxes and of course, their award-winning fries – available in classic, chunky, shoe string and sweet potato .
The menu also includes onion rings and meatless nuggets, loaded French-Canadian favorite ‘poutine’ and more – complete with gluten-free options. The whole family can enjoy, rid of the worry regarding special dietary requirements – thanks The Lord for that!
Nearby LOTF locations include three in Sydney, nine in Melbourne, one in Adelaide and Perth, plus two across the ditch in New Zealand.
This new ‘vegan haven’ is opening on Wednesday the 15th of November at 8 Cavill Avenue Mall, Paradise Centre, Surfers Paradise – passers-by can get their hands on what is known as ‘the meal of champs’.
To celebrate this special opening day, a few lucky people with to-fill appetites will have the pleasure of bottomless chip cups (complete with sauce)! Jealous? Aussies and Gold-Coast trotters, call a friend and get ready for possibly the best vegan fries feed of your life.
Those free fries will available for those from 1-3pm this opening Wednesday, dubbed FO’ FREE ALL DAY.
While LOTF’s food won’t be the best for that Gold Coast-worthy bikini body, passionate foodies can skip the beach for a delicious meal, made for champs. Fortunately, this new store opening is perfect timing for those who are planning a trip to sunny Down Under this Southern Hemisphere summer!
